Diagnose
settings
This is a new feature introduced in version 1.2.0 to help diagnose any problem with the settings of alkasir. You can know if alkasir is working properly or not by clicking on the 'Diagnose' button at the bottom of the main interface window. That will take you to the following link on the website:
Note that if alkasir.com is blocked and the page doesn't open, that is possibly due to wrong settings or improper configuration of the browsers. If your settings are correct, you should get a page like this:
But if your settings are not correct, then you would get something like:
In such a situation and in order to fix the problem, make sure you follow the above five steps and see where the problem is. It is also useful to check the troubleshooting guide.
Ultimately, if the connection to alkasir's proxy service was still not possible despite all your efforts, you can always contact us through the contact page on the web or by emailing as to admin@alkasir.com.
